In its new avatar, Fountain Sizzlers positions itself as a BBQ and Grill house. It aims to be India’s version of a Western steakhouse, with flavours and dishes tailored to suit the local palate.

The ethos of Fountain Sizzlers is to serve food that is Pavlovian, or “Food That Makes Your Mouth Water.”

A sizzler is an extroverted dish, with the drama of sizzling smoke and the joy of eating food Garam-Garam (piping hot). It’s a fun, family-style casual dining experience, now enhanced with a variety of fresh tap beers to pair with the sizzlers.
